June 3rd       School exhibits due


July 1 at 11:59pm    ALL youth entry forms due -- ONLINE PROCESS. Late entries will NOT be allowed this year. Payments can be made online.


July 14th    Money due from clubs

DATE TBD   6 pm Open Public Forum meeting. Community Center at the Fairgrounds.

GRANDSTAND SEASON TICKETS - $30 to attend all 3 events! 

WRISTBAND Rides - $20 at ticket booth or $15 in advance

Noon-8:00 PM:            Open Class Entries accepted at Multipurpose Building

5:00-8:00 PM:              Youth Fair Entries accepted (static) ; Cans for a                                                                                                          Cause registered entry set-up**

6:00-8:00PM                 Animal entries arrival and vet check

NOON:                           Mandatory ALL Livestock Exhibitors Meeting in show ring

3:00 PM:                        Sheep Judging

5:00 PM:                        Beef Judging

5:00 PM:                        Fair Officially Opens

5:00 PM                         FREE  WHPA Horse Pull in Horse Arena
