Pre-Fair Deadlines
March 1st All youth organization forms due (contact your fair board representative for more details).
June 3rd School exhibits due
June 19th ALL youth entry forms and money due from participating organization leaders (it is highly recommended they bring these to the work time June 20th). These can be delivered to the Mirage, Main Street Medford, by 6 PM. Late entries will be accepted until 7/7 and will incur a $5 fee. NO entries will be accepted after 7/7.
July 21st Money due from clubs
August 21st 6 pm Open Public Forum meeting. Communtiy Center at the Fairgrounds.
